Ganesh Bukka serves as VP & Global Head of Industry 4.0, where he leads practice growth, commercial strategy, and serves as an IT/OT advisor to executive teams. He had a long career at Wipro since 2005, leading Industry 4.0 and IoT businesses across diverse industries. He specialises in operational transformation, digital transformation, and smart manufacturing, with experience in global supply chains, M&A, and private equity. Before Wipro, he held R&D leadership roles at GE-Satyam and Ashok Leyland.

Having held a range of leadership roles, he worked with major global organisations spanning retail, banking, and manufacturing. Specialising in enterprise architecture and program management, Steve is driven by a passion for envisioning the future of business and technology, uncovering new opportunities, and defining the transformative journeys required to achieve them.

Matt Callahan
USSS

Resident Agent in Charge (RAIC) Matt Callahan was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland.

In 1998, Agent Callahan accepted a commission as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service in Miami. As a certified computer forensics examiner and accomplished network intrusion investigator, Agent Callahan was named Group Leader of the newly formed Miami Electronic Crimes Task Force.

Agent Callahan then transferred to his permanent protection assignment on the Presidential Protective Division and served under the George W. Bush and Barack Obama Administrations.

After his service in The White House, Agent Callahan was reassigned to the International Programs Division, where he oversaw Secret Service foreign law enforcement training and established the Secret Service Personnel Recovery Program. After his Headquarters assignment, Agent Callahan transferred the Baltimore Field Office, where he was responsible for the reinvigoration of the Maryland Electronic Crimes Task Force.

From 2015-2020, Callahan was assigned as a Secret Service Assistant Attaché in London, where he was the cyber liaison officer with an area of responsibility that included the UK, Ireland, Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Agent Callahan was embedded at the UK National Crime Agency’s National Cyber Crime Unit.

Agent Callahan returned to Headquarters and was promoted to Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge in the Criminal Investigative Division where he supervised the Cyber Intelligence Section, which pursues cybercriminals who present the greatest threat to the U.S. financial payment system.

Agent Callahan transferred to the London Resident Office in July 2023 where he serves as the Attaché and Resident Agent in Charge. In this role, Agent Callahan oversees all U.S. Secret Service criminal investigations and dignitary protection operations in the UK, Ireland, Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

Agent Callahan routinely conducts briefings and presentations to senior government officials and has delivered keynote speeches to industry professionals on Secret Service investigations and the latest cybercrime trends.
 

Will Lyne

Will Lyne is currently the Head of Intelligence at the National Crime Agency’s National Cyber Crime Unit (NCCU), leading a range of multidisciplinary teams that lead, support and coordinate the Law Enforcement cybercrime response in the UK.

Will has worked in Law Enforcement over 12 years. From 2011 to 2013, Will worked in Afghanistan delivering counter narcotics investigations with local, military and international partners, before joining the NCCU in 2013. From 2016 to 2020, Will was an International Liaison Officer assigned to the FBI’s Cyber Division in Washington D.C., USA.

Will is an experienced and internationally respected leader in the field of serious and organised online investigations, leading on a number of high profile cases covering money laundering, fraud, kidnap & extortion and computer misuse.

A 2008 Graduate of University College London and a 2018 Graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, Will is currently studying for PHD at the University of Cambridge Institute of Criminology, focusing the ransomware threat.
