Every year the cyber threat landscape evolves, and with it we learn the impacts sophisticated threats have on enterprises around the world. New guidance and regulations are continuously released which can help organisations become more cyber resilient, and mitigate ever-evolving threats. To help you navigate this changing landscape, Verizon publishes its annual Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR).

As we release the 18th edition of the DBIR, we invite you to an invitation-only brunch at the US Embassy, London, on Wednesday 21st May. Our host will be Chris Novak, Vice President of Verizon Cybersecurity Consulting and Advisor on the US Government's Cyber Safety Review Board.

During this half-day session, Chris will discuss the current trends we have observed from this year’s DBIR research, the key topics that are influencing today’s cyber threats such as the geopolitical landscape, and how public policy is driving cyber resiliency. Chris will be joined by Matt Callahan, Resident Agent in Charge, and Will Lyne, Head of Intelligence at the National Crime Agency’s National Cyber Crime Unit who will share their insights into cybercrime.

Open dialogue and questions will be encouraged and this event will take place under Chatham House Rules.
